So, I'm LOVING Derek Thompson's Hit Makers! I'm partial to Derek Thompson but that's besides the point. Such great stuff in the book, and another big thanks to

for making all this happen for us and being so generous.

One question I'd love to hear from all of you on is related to something he writes in the book "To sell something familiar, make it surprising. To sell something surprising, make it familiar."

Can we have some actual examples from YOUR work and just discuss/brainstorm ideas on how to do this. I absolutely love it and my brain will be happily marinating on this concept for awhile I think.
