Hey guys. I started out 10 months ago hitting the gym hard, but i get sick like every 1-2 months since i catched the c and it bugs me a lot. I usually like to hit the gym hard but i found that i get injured unbelievable easily the day before sickness kicks in. I also don't want to stress out my body too much by forcing a workout.
But it makes me really depressed staying at home and doing nothing.
How would you manage this?
