To help you out, here is my number 1 top I would give you:
STICK TO THE BASICS🙏🙏🙏
What happens when people start the gym is that they:
- overcomplicate things
- Overconsume information
- They end up overwhelmed
All because they are trying to do too much….
Whether you are one day, or 10 years into the gym, getting good at the basics is the No.1 important thing to do….
The basics help you build your foundations, and with your foundations will come long term stability (AKA. GAINS)
Something I like to advise people with is this analogy:
Building your foundations in the gym is like building a house… you have to build the foundations first with a house because if you have no foundations, the house will crumble to pieces. And it’s the same with the gym.
And trying to do the advanced stuff is like trying to build the roof before you’ve done the house 😂😂 it doesn’t make sense bro.
The basics will get you further, keep it simple, trust the process, work hard, and you’ll make tremendous progress!!!
