I'm down to 189lbs lowest since High School!
I'm happy to report that in a little over 4 months being RV 80/10/10 I got down to 189lbs. I'm still 11 point something percent body fat, so goal is to get to what Dr. Graham says in his book is athletic which is 3%-9% body fat. I'm not sure how low I have to go in weight and while I am doing weightlifting I'm doing little just as schedule permits with low weight but targeting all areas of body. I'm 41 and am going to be in the best shape I've ever been, not saying I'll be doing 19 minute 5k runs like high school but at this point I certainly won't rule it out.

My fresh organic produce
Hi All I wanted to share a short video of some of the produce I grew and sold to the local grocery shop in my town. I moved here at the end of January and started a small no - till regenerative farm. I've been selling organically grown produce to the store and some neighbors and a Mexican food truck. It feels good to provide high quality produce for people to enjoy. I love hearing feedback about how they enjoyed it!

Thai bananas
If anyone hasn't tried Thai bananas, make it a goal! I am not a fan of bananas, I've tried a few different varieties trying to find one that tastes less like a banana (burro, red, mini) with no luck. Enter Thai bananas! I found them at a semi-local Asian market, and they taste like a fruity, tropical, creamy treat! I think they are my new favorite fruit. I am so excited to go get more and make it into ice cream!

Hello dear all, I am new here:)
I am so happy to be here! Thank you Doug for this group!! May I introduce myself:)? My name is Simone, I am 51 years young and mother of 3 boys, 10, 13 and 17 all raised and living on rawfoods:) I am from Germany but we live since 7 years in Portugal. I started the 811 coach level 1 this month:) Doug, you saved my rawfood life! I would love to share the miracle how you came into my life: I started 2001 with the natural hygiene but got in touch with the high fat rawfood where I tried the best I could, but ended up 7 years later really desperate... I was on a raw camping and when my first son felt asleep (he was 2 years old at that time) I craved so strong for nuts, as so often, that I ate a lot of macadamias and felt terrible afterwards... I prayed to God in that night to help me, because I truly believed in the fresh food but felt also that something went terrible wrong... And I wanted also to know it for my kid... The next day already it happened!! Another woman at this meeting recommended me your book!! Her husband is American and though she knew about it already. That was 2008 and I had to organize it from the US, because it was not available in Germany at that time. 7 years ago I gave my cooking stove away one day after I read my first raw book and now after the 811 diet I changed my avocado boxes into banana and mango boxes:) And it was the best decision of my life!! Thank you so much for your wonderful work and help, I am so grateful for everything!! And I am looking forward to connect and share with all of you here in the group! Much love 鉂わ笍 Simone
