The Neurotoxin in Star Fruit (by Michael Greger)
What are your thoughts on star fruit in light of this article? Should they be avoided? https://nutritionfacts.org/blog/the-neurotoxin-in-star-fruit/

@Doug Graham I'd love to host a "debate" on raw foods with you & Dr Greger on my YouTube channel. Just planting a seed... do you have his contact?
Weight Loss on 80/10/10
When someone goes to 80/10/10RV mainly to lose weight, what would you say is a realistic drop in weight per week? Of course it also depends where they start, but let's say for someone moderately obese? Doesn't need to be super precise, but to have an idea. Thank you.

@Doug Graham Awesome. Thank you. I bought your recording on it in your shop and looking forward to watching it. Do you have any kind of scale of what is possible in how long depending on the weight & body fat? Like "if you're man 150kg and 40% body fat, then you would typically lose 1kg a week for the first 8 weeks, then 1kg a month"

@Doug Graham makes sense thank you. Also... why do people initially lose water weight? As we're switching them to a more hydrating diet, it is counter intuitive.
Your 2024 commitment
Are you willing to make a commitment? Or even willing to state an intention? Heck, I'll go first. 1. I intend to keep my weight below 150 pounds for the entirety of 2024. 2. I commit to a minimum of 100 strength training sessions in 2024. 3. I commit to releasing Level 2 and 3 of the 811 Coach Certification program by summer, 2024.

Creatine?
I'm curious. What is your views on creatine? @Doug Graham do you use it as a supplement for weight lifting?
