I canβt wait for persimmon season, just the thought makes my mouth waterπ I live in the UK, so grapes and bananas are always a staple year round. How about you, what are your go to fruits this time of year?
I prefer cucumbers to zucchini, but the zucchini are abundant right now and I'd like to eat some. How do you like to prepare them? I was thinking of having chopped/pureed grapes over zucchini noodles. (I'm pretty simple!).
Also I've seen people on Instagram show how they do zucchini lasagne π I haven't tried it yet but I will at some point π https://www.instagram.com/p/C7DzbUeqNb2/?igsh=b3RvcGs2Mzljc2Uz
Zucchini "fries" also look amazing. Haven't tried them yet but will give them a go some day π https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cv2Nr9Xta5X/?igsh=MThxbjVsN2s4bGZlNA==
Add pics or it didn't happen! π I'm having some golden kiwis tonight which I got for a very good bargain this week. Also cuce-zucchini zoodles with some cowleekes I picked nearby (I know, some might not appreciate them but I'm ok with them).
In the current season I start my day with a melon (or two, depends on the size) at around 7am. Then I eat 7-8 bananas with some other sweet fruits (7-8 persimmons for example) at around 10-11 am. And then around 3-4 pm I eat around 10 oranges or 15 mandarins followed by a huge salad (mainly leafy greens, some tomatoes and a few celery sticks dressed with mango+tomato+hemp seeds+lemon). And I might also eat 50-100 grams of coconut after the dinner. In a perfect day I tend to stop eating after that - "raw til 4" in my way π
