Recipe:
1-3 zucchinis
500g/ 1lbs tomatoes
2 medjool dates or 4 small dates
1 carrot
2-3 sticks of celery
1 tbsp of italian spices
Optional: cilantro
Optional: lentil sprouts
For the past 2 weeks I’ve been back on fully raw and I lost 4 kg and my energy levels are 🔥🔥
It’s just incredible to me how much less sleep I need on fully raw 😍
