I got a Dexafit Body Scan, V02Max, and RMR Resting Metabolic Rate done. I was surprised to be 26% body fat my Bio impedance scale said I was 11.5%. I'm very under muscled and I do weightlift I'll share what weightlifting I do and my dexafit scan and test. I run 6 days a week too 4 to 6 miles each day so for me about 40 to 60 minutes per day so all steady state which is not good for muscles but will help me lose muscle so i have to do some HIT in there too. I refused the vax and the pharmaceuticals and have been on a suppliment/herbal regime. It is starting to weaken. Most painful experience of my life and I've been around a while!

Can anyone who's also drinking distilled water help me out? A few weeks ago I have been getting into drinking distilled water and have been really liking it so far. But since today the water (fresh and the one I had from yesterday in the fridge) tastes super super weird. Kind of like chemicals and mushrooms combined. I always clean my distiller well after each use and end the process before all the water has run through to make sure as much gunk as possible stays filtered out of the water but this time it is not drinkable. Has anyone with a distiller ever made any similar experiences? What can one do about it?

I went to see a dentist and she wants me to have a panoramic dental X-ray. I´m not sure it´s that necessary and I don´t want to do it. I´d like to know your opinion on these procedures. Do you consider them potentially harmful?
