Hey team!
I just hit PRs for 3RM Squat and Deadlift. I’ve been following the 8week HyRox BaseBuilder (I think). Todays lower session was the test/retest and I added 20kg to my Squat and 15kg to my deadlift!! I’m pretty happy with that.
I hope everyone’s training is going well, this has given me a kick to keep going and dial-in a bit more….
