I just made some pasta for pre-orienteering tomorrow. It’s not something I’ve done before but trying to save some wonga. Wholewheat penne (just happened to be in the cupboard), couple of tons of tuna, tin of sweetcorn, half a fresh onion, some cucumber and light mayo. Photo to follow.

Hi, Carl here. Delighted to join what is clearly a like-minded group. Keen to get healthier and fitter to be there for my kids in ten years’ time. Two years post ACL surgery and apparently not very good at following physio regimes, so there’s Challenge no 1! Still hanging around on FTRS service with the Army - know Tom from school and also Matt T. (Is it too late to pretend he recruited me for the stash bonus?! 🤣)
