One year older, one minute quicker/fitter
At HyRox Birmingham today, I set a PB, only by about a minute but still a PB!
What an epic day! I spent the morning watching others race, around lunchtime I raced and then for the next 8hours I worked as a volunterer at the event, initially in charge of the warm up area and then towards the end as a wall ball judge #NoRep 🤣
I may get home by 0100……
