Ohh being a woman lol. After ending my cycle last week and getting better with adding some runs, I’m down 2 pounds from where I started the challenge and down 7 pounds from last week 😂 although I went up .1% in body fat.
My goals have definitely changed. I am focusing on consistency rather than the bf %. That will come. I’ve started to wake up earlier to get in a run before work which has had a more than a few benefits and am being kinder to myself when life gets crazy by not defaulting to food and wine to make me feel better. My positive from this last week is I have a better mindset and understanding.
