I’m focusing on actually getting in all my calories. It’s been a super busy week and I know I need to maintain calories so I don’t start burning muscle. I want to be at 165lbs and 8% BF by March. 💪🏽
Sleep has also been awful lately. So I’m just focusing on getting back to the basics this week.
Lift.
Eat.
Hydrate.
Sleep.
I’ve been grateful for all the time with my kids that I’ve had including the upcoming week that I’ve got them for a week straight.
Win of the week was spending a bunch of time with my daughter on Christmas Day. ❤️
