Too Much of One Thing is Not Good
So I've been hesitant in posting this seeing how it might be interpreted wrong. But here it goes.
A few Sundays ago I decided to take an indulgence day. No exercise, no training, nothing. Just let go. A few friends and I decide to hit a patio bar to indulge in a Sunday Funday. I Uber. They carpool. They're running late, the bar is in the middle of nowhere. I step out to legally enjoy part of a joint while sipping my bourbon. I take my seat on the patio to sip my cocktail and appreciate how long it's been since I've indulged... have you ever accidentally entered The State??? Unintentionally?? Before I could realize I'm doing the breathing, the visualization, everything except standing doing SNT. All the joy, splendor filling my mind. Sensing the energy throughout my body intensely. Fully indulged until I hear my buddies arrive and say "Dude did you fall asleep at the bar???" My State of mind starts to matter little as I cultivate the state subconsciously 🤌
