These thought forms are within our consciousness with an actual image, shape and frequency
Through the practice of visualization, you strengthen the ability to create thought forms and also your ability to observe the ones that are already there
The power in this comes in energizing thought forms which are beneficial for you and dis-energizing the ones that are not
Through regular meditation which uses visualization techniques, this can be mastered if done consistently
