Day 14 Did I train today - yes - 6:30 - 800 am online 10 - 1045 am teaching 3 - 6 pm teaching 6 - 830 pm training What did I do well today - BJJ What can I improve - tension How can I improve - slow Luk sau 30 min a day Feeling good!!!😁😁😁
What's the most unique or interesting thing you've collected over the years?
I have a humble collection of crystals which I display on my "altar" 💖 I find that their energies help me heal and grow - physically, mentally and spiritually. I also try to incorporate simple rituals to cleanse and recharge them once in a while (like washing them over salt water from the ocean, or bathing them under the moonlight glow) ✨ What about you guys? Feel free to share why you've developed an interest to what you collect 😉

probably knowledge, nothing really shines on the side of collectables so Definitely martail and spiritual knowledge

Weights 🏋️
Although some people will think that weights will hinder development with state, As long as you use sinking of muscular tension and letting go of the belief that muscles are the only way, we can still look good while using state constantly!!! the reason I say “look good” is some people don’t use muscular tension so much (not a bad thing unless not in state ) that they loose a lot of muscle definition! So that is why I like doing weights, it gets the little bit of muscle definition that makes me look good! Thank you for reading and have a blessed day (or night) my brothers and sisters 😁🙏
