Today I begin my training journal. My plan is to split my training sessions into two parts.
Part 1: Skill practice, learning the first form
Part 2: Meditation and finding my centre and focus.
3/11 - Started by looking at and practicing the stance.
4/11 - Snuck a couple of the Mind lessons at work. The alignment lesson struck home as I remember experiencing alignment before.
12/11 - Been a few days since the last update. Still slowly moving through training, aiming to do either the techniques or the spiritual training daily.
