A day late beginning my journal, fortunately I began the challenge on the alloted day.
I've slipped a few times with my practice, and had some time off in recent weeks due to life circumstance, so this comes at a perfect time to really kick start my practice and realign with the state.
11/11/24
Did I train today?
11/11/24 - 7am State training (which includes Siu Nim Tao training.)
Upper Body Gym Session.
8pm State Training (7am Sydney time (includes Siu Nim Tao training.))
8:30pm Form Training (Single Leg Siu Nim Tao, Chum Kiu pivoting, Biu Gee elbows.)
1am (Midday Sydney Time) HQ State Energy Work.
2am HQ all levels training.
When will I train next?
Tomorrow.
What Observations/Questions/Insights do I have from todays training?
I know I have had some time away, yet the connection to the components of the state is still there, fortunate enough to have the full 4 days off work this week to propel me in to this season of my kung fu training and I'm truly excited to see where it leads for everyone taking part.
