8/28/24 morning check in.
Woke up a bit late today. Did my yoga and meditations followed by 2 rounds of SNT. I'm really starting to get familiar with the subtle energies inside myself. I'm starting to notice that my body seems to move like a boat floating on waves when I relax into the state. I feel a buoyancy about me. I'm noticing my body making small shifts in my pelvic area and I'm trusting the process. Sometimes it feels as if relaxing into the state actually automatically corrects my posture.
