active listening zoom call
Thank you Dylan for welcoming me on to my first zoom call. I found it all very interesting to learn about different active listening concepts and language that I probably hear every day and never realized. You can learn a lot by listening to the way someone uses pronouns in their sentences. You may learn about resentment in a relationship, or you may learn about someone's goals and how they view their business, etc. I'll be taking these active listening skills into every day conversations and then into sales calls once I get to that point.
