9/12/24: Active Listening
Thanks Dylan for the valuable insights from today's sales lab. I have to admit that I've been guilty of using similar languages to withhold information, avoid certain conversations, or unintentionally reveal details I didn't want others to know. Here are the key takeaways from today's session: Leakages are when someone's thoughts accidentally sneak into what they say. The way we phrase things, or relational language, can show how close we feel to someone or what we think is most important. Missing language is when someone leaves out parts of a story, and it might mean they're trying to hide something on purpose.
