During this time Mitch and I have tested many strategies using only his blog. The strategy has always started by putting ourselves in the shoes of potential clients. What I mean is “if my company was in the market for office space, what would I search”. 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞 – There is a great book on this concept by Steve Pressfield, author of Nobody Wants to Read Your SH*T. The theme being, the key to writing anything is “would you read what you just wrote”. Moving on … I said to Mitch when we started his strategy was this “ranking #1 on Google for Office Space in NYC is wildly competitive. It’s too expensive to go after that phrase…. And even if you could rank #1 on Google for that phrase, will it convert to a client. It’s too general. I would search by neighborhood or proximity to something like Office Space Near Grand Central. Or even more specifically, Office Space World Trade Center”. There’s one more word that is overlooked. It’s “𝐶𝑜𝑠𝑡”. So … I might search Office Space Cost World Trade Center. Why cost? Because that’s what everyone wants to know on the internet. How much does it cost? If you search Google for Office Space Cost World Trade Center, you will find Mitch (a one person shop #1 on Google). And guess what! It works. And…it works for countless buildings, even obscure ones. And … it works for retail and industrial leasing and sales. So here’s what I did. I created an ai tool that creates these pages with the best content on the internet. I created 2 types of pages. 𝟏. 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲/𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 – Example, Top Office Buildings in Santa Monica Ca or Top Office Buildings in Downtown NYC. 𝟐.
