Happy Monday 🙌🏼
Happy Holiday week everyone, a time to enjoy sometime with fam, sometime off work and a great time to reset and become clear about your goals moving forward. Don’t forget to be active during this time though, get some workouts in wether 5-10 minutes keep at it with the steps, and if possible try and get 1 minute of a plank in daily. That’s the goal for the week 🙌🏼

Swaps / Changes
So I have a question about specific drinks, food, etc. So I am addicted to coffee with milk! (Some know it as a light and sweet 😅lol) but I put two sugars and I vary with the milk from regular milk, 2%, and fat free milk. I want to find a way to change that and get something more healthier to start my day 😅 any recommendations?? swaps??? Can’t wait to hear from you !! 🙏🏼💯

Just wanted to take sometime to say thank you to everyone who’s been a part of PPA, we launched this community Saturday and although it’s small it’s been quite an empowering space. When PPA launched we weren’t even discoverable but as of today we went from #1200 in health and fitness to #150 today! All because of the engagement and consistency of everyone here, so thank you and to so much more 🤍
