Happy Holiday week everyone, a time to enjoy sometime with fam, sometime off work and a great time to reset and become clear about your goals moving forward. Donโt forget to be active during this time though, get some workouts in wether 5-10 minutes keep at it with the steps, and if possible try and get 1 minute of a plank in daily.
