Getting Back on Track
Posting this for accountability. I'm going to the gym tonight after neglecting it for a week or so. Easing my way back in. 12 hour work days have made it hard to keep up but I'm readjusting and getting back to it! How do y'all manage to get a workout in when it's a particularly busy time? Any tips appreciated 🙏

@Jose Marmulejo yeah, that pressure makes me uncomfortable, too. Luckily where I go it's pretty empty at the hours I'm able to.

Hi everyone. My name is Xavier, good to be in this space! I enjoy maintaining an active lifestyle in a way that matches the time I have available. I regularly workout during the week and usually do some other activity during the weekend (running, biking, or hiking). I'm looking to further improve my gym workouts and get better at weightlifting so looking forward for any interactions here (especially for nutrition tips 🤓) This morning I went to a bouldering gym I enjoy visiting! 😁
