Posting this for accountability. I'm going to the gym tonight after neglecting it for a week or so. Easing my way back in.
12 hour work days have made it hard to keep up but I'm readjusting and getting back to it!
How do y'all manage to get a workout in when it's a particularly busy time? Any tips appreciated 🙏
