Hey plant friends!
I had a rough run-down of the content I was looking to include in the Jumpstart starting on the 1st June.
However, on communicating with many of you one on one I'm noticing a lot of interest in stopping the mid-age or peri-spread. Staying fit, strong and lean via a plant-based lifestyle is my jam! At 47 it isn't as easy as it was in my 20's. Or 30's!
I could focus on: Easy vegan, high protein, belly fat fighting recipes. What do you think?
There is of course so much more to it than food and I intend to go there too. Especially the MINDSET component of creating and keeping a body you feel confident in.
Open to all your suggestions?
