As you've hopefully heard, the Plant Positive Jumpstart starting 1st JUNE is an opportunity to get super-actionable implementing life changing, healthy habits straight from the Plant Positive Journal.

In a pinch myself moment, I got the opportunity to interview author James Clear who writes about habits and human potential. In his New York Times best selling book Atomic Habits, James shares that: habits are the compound interest of self improvement.
So ALL that as yet unrecognised, unrewarded work? It counts.
Regarding making a tough habit stick? James shares the 4 Laws of Behaviour Change:
  1. Make it OBVIOUS.
  2. Make it ATTRACTION.
  3. Make it EASY. 
  4. Make it SATISFYING.
***To BREAK a habit you’ll need to invert those laws.
