What i learned from today's session is you have to develop self control which is it self a jahad but nothing is impossible. Take everything but under calories count. You have to keep ur eyes close while passing from some tempting food🤣
I have just calculated my BMR and according to moderately active if i chose loose weight window it shows I should consume 1700 calories so do I need to subtract 700 calories now and form my diet plan for 1000 cal?
