Heyyy Fam!!!! How are you all doing and how’s your journey going??? I am so glad to drop 4 kgs in a month with diet and gym, though wasnt going gym everyday but was making sure to be there min 3 days a week plus controlling the portion as much as I can!!! Honestly If I can do this with the health issues I have, I am confident I can achieve my ideal weight!!! Wish me luck!!! And Thank you @Coach Qadeer

What method are you guys usjng tomplan your workout! My gym app has wotkoug planned for me but they are not enough! Any suggestiom?

workout planning contains certain things 1: Whats your goal 2: What are you working towards 3: whats your availbility per week for starters write these answer in chat gpt and tell him to build a workout plan for you follow that and Thank me Later😁

Takeaway
What i learned from today's session is you have to develop self control which is it self a jahad but nothing is impossible. Take everything but under calories count. You have to keep ur eyes close while passing from some tempting food🀣
