Heyyy Fam!!!! How are you all doing and how’s your journey going??? I am so glad to drop 4 kgs in a month with diet and gym, though wasnt going gym everyday but was making sure to be there min 3 days a week plus controlling the portion as much as I can!!! Honestly If I can do this with the health issues I have, I am confident I can achieve my ideal weight!!! Wish me luck!!! And Thank you @Coach Qadeer
