My takeaway from today’s session if you’re feeling exhausted and feel like skipping out your routine. Just take smaller steps and work up to the actual goal. Like if you think you wanna skip your workout just change your clothes, wear your shoes, hold a cup of coffee and let your coffee do the magic ✨

Diet Plan
Hahaha it’s so hard to give in the temptation of crash diets and fast results but I have been there and i have practically seen that the weight you loose fast and in unhealthy way comes back with twice pace so yea smaller steps at a time 😅

Diet Plan Query
I have just calculated my BMR and according to moderately active if i chose loose weight window it shows I should consume 1700 calories so do I need to subtract 700 calories now and form my diet plan for 1000 cal?
