My takeaway from today's session is that if u want to achieve your goal, you must have self control, you have to skip that pair of donuts in order to reach your goal. Discipline is the key to success. (Also a pic of today's pump 😂 🫡)

I was on a diet break for 4-5 days (brother wedding) and was eating every unhealthy thing but after these cheat days, my weight is same Alhumdulillah, Also my bicep vein got visible for the first time after 2 years of training Alhumdulillah.
