Once upon a time I thought the off-season was the only time I needed to prioritize off-ice strength training.
Until I starting learning more about how developing strength actually works as a hockey player.
But the fact is no coach ever told me. Had I known, I would've just stayed at it and done it all a whole lot earlier. But why am I saying this?
