Had a rough game on tuesday not that bad of a score but it was just off. Getting back on my feet for a better pregame prep any ideas?

Personally before games I eat right and go to the gym for a little workout just to get the blood flowing but not too much and then right before games I stretch and warmup with my team as well as a little bit of controlled visualization. And then I use pregame on ice warmup to make sure my edges are good and get my hands going and also just skate a little to get the blood flowing.
