Day 30: 30th Sept 300 lunges
Whoop whoop - last day today everyone, let’s go 💪💪💪 Day 30 300 lunges done ✅ Not fast but they are done 😁😁 Really need to stretch right quad - ever since been trying to get knee to floor (it was my naughty side) that quad is screaming at the bottom of the move - guess I shortened it a little when I wasn’t doing full rom 🤦‍♀️ I knew better than to do that really but here we are - 30 days, 300 lunges each day - 9000 lunges plus the extra 1000 I did = 10,000 lunges in September 💪🥳🦵💪🥳🦵

4am start , glossing woodwork of a rental flat off mine , during each door did indoor sets , did lunges ... 100 to go !! Gym next #SS PERFORM 1pm 2nd coat & final 100 !!!!!! To do at lunch time 🤪 Letting agent putting it up today 4 rent , hence early start

Set a metronome in an attempt to get them done in 7:59… but slipped just behind the beat after the first 200 and hit 8:03. Realistically will probably take the final set tomorrow a lot slower - big run booked for next Saturday, so definitely looking forward to some leg rest Tuesday-Friday 🛌
