Grateful , morning after a mobility class from Sunny ! ... Chest infection ~ over the worst but not there yet ... Good to be back to gym

1, eating veg from my own allotment 2, debs doing the cooking as I cannot stand up long enough to do it

Well looked after by friends after getting hit by these chesty bugs .... In the past it's been known for 8 -12 weeks suffering with cough & asthma ... & In hospital... With friends help & support got sorted & checked , feeling fitter to over come it .. no gym till Monday
