Client cant acces his pages or ad account
Hi my client is trying to share his ad account and pages
We created a business portfolio for him, but then when we tried connecting his ad account and pages to the business portfolio, it says “ur request has been sent” how does he accept his on request

this means that the ad account and page are being held with a different facebook business manager account and the request needs to be approved. Did he have another facebook business account or are they not the main admin on the account? Also if you have an ad account in a facebook business manager you cannot switch the account between facebook manager accounts
