KB clean and press 3x10 12kg
Goblet squats 3x10 16kg
Farmers walk 40m 16kg L&R
The KB clean & press i'm just getting the hang of it so i'm doing the standard ones without the swing, straight pull.
Dropped the weight down to 16kg on the farmers walk as it was causing some strain on my back (weight to heavy 20kg) feels a lot better.
