Then go through the list at pick out your top 3 achievements
I find if I have a picture or something that I can associate my achievements with then put these achievements right in front of your face I have my biggest achievement on my phone so as soon as I open up my phone I see it and I'm grateful for how far I have come,
so i see them every day knowing that i can push yourself to be the better version of yourself
