Up did my stretching, loaded up on water, now to take my wife to her coloscopy, I'll walk and wait and read through week one diet plan and work out plan as well. Have fun and be well and strong.

Done Vs To Do list....
I want to Apply what Sean has inspired me to do....I do this because for me journaling is not always an option. Also, its a great way to be accountable. To let you all know I'm here...for me and for you....So before I get on with my day, here's what I got DONE... 1. Got up same time feeling refreshed! 2. Dropped daughter off at school 3. Took pups for 40 min brisk walk 4. While walking did some personal investing in myself time, listened to The Luke Power Mindset (I highly recommend this for what we are all going through right now) We are focusing on being better for ourselves!! Not someone else!!!). We cant be there for anyone else until our own cup is full!! 5. Completed a 28 min HIIT cardio wkout 6. Fueled the tank with Food 7. Got on SKool to be accountable and to help inspire others Now I'd like to be thankful...for....This group forum. Regardless of where I am at in the program and where it takes me, I am so thankful for everyone including the coaches. This was the forum I needed to START. Now GO!!! 95/5 rule!
Got some inspirational advice from coach Sean the other day. So today working on the 95/5 rule mindset. What’s gone right today??? 1. Got a message from Sean first thing 2. Completed a 40 min total body strength workout then 35 min pace walk with pup to get outside 3. listened to the Luke Mind Power podcast on Spotify about Overthinking is destroying your peace. 4. came up with a new mantra for life… 5. combined leftovers from last nights dinner and added more protein. See picture below.. sauteéd Brussel sprouts with Salmon and 3 eggs. (Picture below) 6. leaving right now to join a gym so I can be better prepared for these workouts with access to the right equipment. 7. Will see you all at the 6 O’clock coaching call!!!! In the end when I look at all this, I think even if I don’t get done ALL the things I had on my ✅ list mentally to do around the house, I took care of ME!!! And right now that has to be #1. And that makes the 5% seem less important. God Bless 🙏

Today I finished a bit more fatigue. Feeling the no carb already. Oops went over the allowed time at the gym 😅
