Coach @Shaun Hadsall and Coach @Terrill Sydnes are giving so, so much VALUE to US! 😊 👉🏻 You have heard the quote ‘You only get so much out of something for the EFFORT that you put into it.’ So….don’t me shy. 😬😳😉 Start with even entering your CWESP score and don’t feel guilty/ashamed what the answer is. I was 9 when I started. 🧐 Don’t be afraid to interact and let everyone know your goals, questions and be accountable. 😊 That is what this community is ALL about! Still researching
Have started yet just going through all the information before I commit. So that I don't start binging and crash everything. All the research and seeing the positive comments to make up my mind and not fall of the wagon. I have tried keto earlier for 3 months lost the weight and then gained it back in a month.

@Asma Khan Go at your own pace! I felt the pressure to keep up with the weeks in the group...Technically I should be on week one now but am going to push that to next week.. so now I'm 3 weeks behind.. Not behind really as i"ve been working towards being successful and already seeing and feeling the results! Dont stress!

Up did my stretching, loaded up on water, now to take my wife to her coloscopy, I'll walk and wait and read through week one diet plan and work out plan as well. Have fun and be well and strong.

Done Vs To Do list....
I want to Apply what Sean has inspired me to do....I do this because for me journaling is not always an option. Also, its a great way to be accountable. To let you all know I'm here...for me and for you....So before I get on with my day, here's what I got DONE... 1. Got up same time feeling refreshed! 2. Dropped daughter off at school 3. Took pups for 40 min brisk walk 4. While walking did some personal investing in myself time, listened to The Luke Power Mindset (I highly recommend this for what we are all going through right now) We are focusing on being better for ourselves!! Not someone else!!!). We cant be there for anyone else until our own cup is full!! 5. Completed a 28 min HIIT cardio wkout 6. Fueled the tank with Food 7. Got on SKool to be accountable and to help inspire others Now I'd like to be thankful...for....This group forum. Regardless of where I am at in the program and where it takes me, I am so thankful for everyone including the coaches. This was the forum I needed to START. Now GO!!! Make it a great day 😀🙏💜God bless... Brandi
