Strength 💪 test
Can someone help me how to do the strength test for week 1? Like generally I can chest Press 35 Kgs for 12 reps 3 to 4 sets. And now on the strength test log it shows planned weight and actual weight , it's confusing me.

Have started yet just going through all the information before I commit. So that I don't start binging and crash everything. All the research and seeing the positive comments to make up my mind and not fall of the wagon. I have tried keto earlier for 3 months lost the weight and then gained it back in a month.
