Morning all!...
There is only ONE diet-pill we all should swallow on a DAILY basisā¦
- Itās 100% FREE.

Itās called consistency.

Itās called LIFE.
So the next time you mess up your diet or you slack off and skip a workout -- or you fall off track for a whileā¦
Forget about it!
Who cares?!?
Forgive yourself immediately, shake it off, and start over again TOMORROW.
- NOT this coming Monday.
- NOT the first of the month.
- NOT when everything is ājust rightā in your life.
Start over again TOMORROW. And NEVER quit starting over again.
This is the only way youāre going to make progress that will last with your body and health.
Dwelling on your mistakes or inconsistencies is nothing but a WASTE of time and energy.
And whenever you beat yourself up or get stuck in a rut, always remember this saying:
āYesterday is in the tomb. Tomorrow is in the womb. All we have is TODAY.ā
In other words, the journey IS the destination.
So do yourself a big favorā¦
Make sure you wake up EVERY day and take this diet pill called āconsistencyā and FORGET about perfection.
It doesnāt exist.
