So true! My main focus for staying fit is so my children do not have to, hopefully, look after me in my old age. I want to be as strong as I can for as long as I can, and that means putting in the work now!

I have a 12. I've been weight training and cardio for years but have recently been unmotivated and slacked off. I'm looking forward to a new program, particularly the eating plan. That's what I really need to dial in.
