Done Vs To Do list....
I want to Apply what Sean has inspired me to do....I do this because for me journaling is not always an option. Also, its a great way to be accountable. To let you all know I'm here...for me and for you....So before I get on with my day, here's what I got DONE...
  1. Got up same time feeling refreshed!
  2. Dropped daughter off at school
  3. Took pups for 40 min brisk walk
  4. While walking did some personal investing in myself time, listened to The Luke Power Mindset (I highly recommend this for what we are all going through right now) We are focusing on being better for ourselves!! Not someone else!!!). We cant be there for anyone else until our own cup is full!!
  5. Completed a 28 min HIIT cardio wkout
  6. Fueled the tank with Food
  7. Got on SKool to be accountable and to help inspire others
Now I'd like to be thankful...for....This group forum. Regardless of where I am at in the program and where it takes me, I am so thankful for everyone including the coaches. This was the forum I needed to START. Now GO!!! Make it a great day 😀🙏💜God bless...
