95/5 rule!
Got some inspirational advice from coach Sean the other day. So today working on the 95/5 rule mindset. What’s gone right today???
1. Got a message from Sean first thing
2. Completed a 40 min total body strength workout then 35 min pace walk with pup to get outside
3. listened to the Luke Mind Power podcast on Spotify about Overthinking is destroying your peace.
4. came up with a new mantra for life…
5. combined leftovers from last nights dinner and added more protein. See picture below.. sauteéd Brussel sprouts with Salmon and 3 eggs. (Picture below)
6. leaving right now to join a gym so I can be better prepared for these workouts with access to the right equipment.
7. Will see you all at the 6 O’clock coaching call!!!!
In the end when I look at all this, I think even if I don’t get done ALL the things I had on my ✅ list mentally to do around the house, I took care of ME!!! And right now that has to be #1. And that makes the 5% seem less important.
