Good morning all. Day 1 food and exercise in the books and it was successful. I hit 95% of my protein goal and over 100 oz of water. What really surprised me though was my sleep last night. I typically have problems in this area, especially without wine (lol). However, I feel asleep right away and other than a bathroom trip I slept through the night. I feel great this morning! Could be the food intake change but I also took magnesium and glycine an hour before lights out. Here's to day 2.
