We discussed which experiments we are keen to try first in order to note our body responses. From adding more fiber, to hydration/dehydration impacts, to adjusting meal timing, fasting vs. non fasting impact on the day, green juices can, etc; we are putting our body's to the test!
We also talked about alcohol. It can trigger glucose crashes, so choosing smarter, low-sugar options can make a big difference in how you feel.
And lastly, don’t forget the importance of resistance training, especially for those looking to strengthen bones and manage osteoporosis—it’s essential for long-term health. We touched on the benefit of vibration plates for bone density and dispelled some myths when it comes to "milk being the best calcium source" (Marketing!).
