Had more protein through chicken&lentil, good fats through avocado, lots of veggies. Inclusion of flax seed and radish which you can see in the image. Lentil soup with carrot, moringa, Spinach and tomato.
I exceeded my expectation, walked 16k and 14k steps on two days. Continuing sauna, swimming and steam. Went gym 3 days.
